AZŌNETĀ is a registered charity in Canada.
We started off by primarily focusing on poverty alleviation and promoting zero hunger in rural communities across Umuchu in Aguata Local Government Area (LGA) of Anambra State, Nigeria.
The idea behind AZŌNETĀ was inspired by the challenges and hardships that have plagued businesses, families and individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic. We decided to spring into action to play our part within the global community, with an emphasis on supporting our smaller rural communities within Umuchu.
Today, AZŌNETĀ has expanded its goals to deliver positive impacts in people’s lives by adopting the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals as a framework for our projects. As we continue to build new collaborations and partnerships, we look forward to expanding our mission across sub-Saharan Africa.
Our Empower Your Community Project” aims to actively empower sub-Saharan African communities by addressing pressing needs such as education, digital literacy, poverty alleviation, and hunger through various social impact initiatives.
What sets this initiative apart is its foundation in community engagement and empowerment. AZONETA invites readers, donors, and advocates to support and contribute to these projects, emphasizing the collective effort needed to create lasting change.
Let’s build towards a better tomorrow.
